Cancellation and No Show Policy

If in the case you need to cancel session, I have a 24 business hour advanced notice cancellation policy. My cancellation fee is 60% of your session fee for sessions rescheduled within 24 business hours. For example, if an appointment is scheduled for Wednesday at 2pm, notice must be given by Tuesday 2pm. For appointments on Monday, notice must be given the Friday beforehand. If you do not show up to your appointment, my no show fee is the full rate of your session. Exceptions to my cancellation and no show policy are extenuating circumstances such as serious or contagious illness and emergencies (ie: car accident, death, etc) in which the full fee will be waived.

The credit card information or information you have previously provided on file will be used to process this payment. By providing your information and booking an appointment with me, you consent to this policy. Multiple cancellations or no shows in a row (3 or more) will result in a discussion if services need to be paused or terminated.

For all appointments, I have a 15 minute grace period and your appointment will be accommodated. If you arrive outside the 15 minute window, your appointment will be considered as cancelled and I will be rescheduling your appointment.
